Sales Representative – Commission Only - Full Time (Inbound)
Guide Social (the top social video marketing agency on the planet!) is looking for a full-time Sales Representative with digital marketing experience to join its successful, expanding sales team.

Who are you?

👉 You love people! And having conversations with them. Picking up the phone and making calls to leads is your jam
👉 You have experience selling digital marketing services
👉 This will not be your first sales gig
👉 You wouldn't say no to karaoke if it was proposed after a long day of meetings (OK this is not required, but let it be known, Matt can bust out a mean "Creep" by Radiohead)
This is a remote opportunity and available to any qualified US-sales person. If you are an ambitious, driven individual who can develop new business, then we want to hear from you.
As Sales Representative, your responsibility will be to ensure personal monthly and annual sales targets are achieved and exceeded by utilizing your new business development and sales skills.
Develop new business and close inbound discovery sales calls.
Represent GS Values in all dealings with Clients, Network and Colleagues.
Ensure communication and relationships with colleagues is excellent and allows GS to deliver world-beating service.
Must be able to demonstrate and uphold our Company Values: Empathy, Innovation, Teamwork, Balanced High Performance
Responding to quote requests in adherence with company procedures.
Use company order processing & CRM systems in line with procedure.
New business development, from either inbound GS (or database) in the US; generated leads, referrals or own knowledge base.
Work to monthly KPIs to ensure monthly and annual sales targets are achieved.
Communicate accurate and timely data to generate create proposals, following GS procedures
Attend weekly sales meeting with Vice President and team
Identify prospects and pass leads to GS where appropriate.
Sell GS services as the #1 expert on social video content in the US.
Salary & Benefits: This is a Commission-Only position with a competitive commission structure.
Minimum 2 years demonstrable sales success within digital marketing
Ability to communicate via video conferencing (Zoom ) telephone and email (Green Screen for video conference if necessary )
Remote work experience: (Slack, Monday, Trello )
Presentable for video in face-to-face virtual meetings
Sales-training and relevant work history
Able to build rapport quickly over phone or face to face.
Strong networking skills
